The title compound was prepared from 2-(3-amino-phenylamino)-9-methoxy-6,7-dihydro-pyrimido[6,1-a]isoquinolin-4-one (6) and cyclopentanecarbonyl chloride according the method described in Example 28 c. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ 9.92 (s, 1H), 9.66 (br, 1H), 7.91 (s, 1H), 7.69 (d, 1H), 7.57 (br, 1H), 7.28-7.20 (2H), 7.05-6.97 (2H), 6.40 (s, 1H), 3.98 (t, 2H), 3.84 (s, 3H), 2.97 (t, 2H), 2.80 (m, 1H) and 1.92-1.50 (8H); MS (ESI) (M+H)+ 431.
