Reaction Steps

A solution of Example 133D (300 mg, 0.38 mmol) in THF (4 mL) at room temperature was treated with 2M LiBH4 in THF (470 μL, 2.5 eq), stirred for 2 hours, quenched with a drop of water, and concentrated. The concentrate was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel with 100% ethyl acetate to provide the desired product. MS (ESI(−)) m/e 650 (M−H)−, 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.75 (m, 2H), 2.65 (t, 2H), 3.32 (m, 4H), 3.43 (t, 2H), 3.61 (dd, 11), 3.72 (dd, 1H1), 3.77 (s, 31), 4.06 (m, 1H), 6.88 (d, 1H), 6.96 (s, 1H), 7.11 (m, 2H), 7.22 (m, 2H), 7.31 (m, 2H), 7.59 (m, 2H), 7.88 (m, 3H), 8.10 (d, 1H), 8.12 (d, 1H).
