Reaction Steps

A solution of Example 287 (30 mg, 0.05 mmol), aminoiminosulfonic acid (7 mg, 0.055 mmol), diisopropylethylamine (0.02 M1), and DMF (0.3 mL) at room temperature was stirred for 24 hours and concentrated. The concentrate was purified by reverse phase chromatography with 0-90% methanol/0.1% aqueous TFA to provide the desired product. MS (ESI(+)) m/e 708 (M+H)′; ′H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 12.02 (s, 1H), 8.53 (d, 1H) 8.32 (d, 1H), 7.86 (dd, 1H), 7.73 (d, 2H), 7.39 (t, 1H), 7.25-7.10 (m, 6H), 6.93 (d, 2H), 4.12 (m, 1H), 3.35 (m, 6H), 3.05 (m, 2H), 1.75 (m, 2H), 1.59 (m, 4H), 1.42 (m, 8H).
