Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in analogy to example 12, from [6-bromo-5-(1-isopropyl-piperidin-4-yloxy)-1H-indol-2-yl]-(4-cyclopropanesulfonyl-piperazin-1-yl)-methanone (example 17), sodium hydride and (2-bromoethoxy)-tert-butyldimethylsilane in N,N-dimethylformamide, to afford the title compound as a colourless foam (36%).
