To a solution of the compound obtained in Reference Example 3 (1.20 g) in DMF (40 ml) were added N-(2-aminoethyl)carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (310 mg), HOBt (262 mg) and triethylamine (196 mg). WSC (372 mg) was further added to this mixture under ice-cooling, and the mixture was stirred for 18 hours at room temperature. The obtained reaction mixture was diluted with saturated sodium bicarbonate solution (200 ml), and extracted with ethyl acetate (100 ml) twice. The extracted solutions were combined, washed with saturated brine, dried with magnesium sulfate, and the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel chromatography to give the title compound as a colorless amorphous substance (1.04 g, 74%).
