Reaction Steps
Using tert-butyl (7-(1-hydroxy-1-(4-isopropylphenyl)ethyl)-4,6-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)carbamate obtained in Example 223 and tert-butylacetyl chloride, the title compound was synthesized in the same manner as in Example 224. Yield: 61%. Melting point: 189-190° C. (ethyl acetate-hexane).
