Reaction Steps
Using N-(3-hydroxy-2,2,6,7-tetramethyl-3-(2-thienyl)-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)-3,3-dimethylbutanamide obtained in Example 248, the title compound was synthesized in the same manner as in Example 271. Yield: 65%. Melting point: 137-138° C. (ethyl acetate-hexane).
