Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 3′-(8-methyl-4-oxo-7-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydro-3H-benzo[b][1,4]diazepin-2-yl)-biphenyl-3-sulfonic acid tert-butylamide (Example 2) (220 mg, 0.39 mmol) and TFA (5 mL) in DCM (1 mL) according to the general procedure I step 2. Obtained as a light yellow solid (136 mg, 73%). MS (ISP) 473.9 [(M+H)+]; mp 235-239° C. (dec).
