4-Fluoro-6-(4-(1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethyl)piperazin-1-yl)pyrimidine, Example 33(a), (0.074 g, 0.24 mmol) was reacted with 1,5-isoquinolinediol (0.058 g, 0.36 mmol, Sigma) under the conditions of Example 70 to give the title compound. Mp: 249° C. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 446 (M+1).
