1-[1-(4-Fluorophenethyl)piperidin-4-yl]-6-cyclopropanecarboxamidomethylindoline (90 mg) obtained in Example 159, activated manganese dioxide (450 mg) and chloroform (10 ml) were treated as in Example 285 to give the title compound (60 mg) as a white powder (yield: 73%).
