0.6 g 6-bromo-4-chloroquinazoline was dissolved in 18 mL toluene, and 0.82 mL tri-n-butyl(2-thienyl)stannane and 0.14 g tetrakis (triphenylphosphine)palladium (0) were added thereto and stirred at 80° C. for 24 hours under nitrogen atmosphere. After the solvent was evaporated, the residue was purified by silica gel chromatography (hexane/ethyl acetate), to give 0.29 g of the title compound as yellow crystals.
