917 mg ethyl 4-(2-amino-5-bromo-phenylamino)-2-fluoro-benzoate (compound in Production Example 333) and 7 mL triethoxymethane were stirred at 140° C. for 3 hours. The solvent was evaporated, and the residue was purified by NH silica gel chromatography (ethyl acetate/hexane). By recrystallization from ethyl acetate/hexane, 734 mg of the title compound was obtained as pale pink crystals.
