Procedure

80 mg 6-(3-methyl-1-trityl-1H-4-pyrazolyl)-4-piperazin-1-yl-quinoline obtained in Example 187 and 27 mg N,N-dimethyl-2-chloroacetamide were reacted in the same manner as in Example 190, to give 84 mg of the title compound as a pale yellow amorphous.
