Reaction Steps
While a solution of 118 mg 4-piperazin-1-yl-6-[3-(trifluoromethyl)-1-trityl-1H-4-pyrazolyl]quinoline obtained in Example 188 and 61 mg triethylamine in dichloromethane was stirred under ice-cooling in a stream of nitrogen, 35 μL 4-morpholine carbonyl chloride was added thereto, and the mixture was stirred overnight at room temperature. Ethyl acetate and water were added to the reaction solution, and the organic layer was separated, washed with brine and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated, and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (hexane/ethyl acetate) to give 125 mg of the title compound as a colorless amorphous.
