100 mg N1-[2-(4-ethylphenyl)-2-hydroxy-1,1-dimethylethyl]-2-fluoro-4-[6-(1-trityl-1H-4-pyrazolyl)-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-yl] benzamide obtained in Example 503 and 288 mg Dess-Martin reagent were stirred for 15 hours in dichloromethane. After an aqueous sodium bicarbonate solution and an aqueous sodium thiosulfate solution were added thereto, and the reaction solution was extracted with ethyl acetate and purified by NH silica gel chromatography, to give 92 mg of the title compound as colorless crystals.
