Reaction Steps
To a solution of 34 (62 mg, 0.14 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (8 mL) was added TFA (2 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 h, concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by preparative HPLC to give 35 (58 mg, 76%)as a white solid. MS(ESI): 511 (M+H)+.
