The title compound was prepared from 3-[(2R)-oxiranyl]pyridine (which was obtained in Example 134) and saturated ammonium methanol in substantially the same manner, as described in Example 124. The product was obtained as a brown oil; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.70 (brs, 2 H), 2.62–2.74 (m, 2 H), 4.46–4.50 (m, 1 H), 5.20 (brs, 1 H), 7.30–7.34 (m, 1 H), 7.68–7.71 (m, 1 H), 8.42–8.50 (m, 2 H); MS (ES) m/z: 139 (MH+).
