The title compound was prepared from 4-(4-oxo-piperidin-1-yl)-benzoic acid (which was obtained in Example 151) and L-glutamic acid diethyl ester hydrochloride according to the procedure of Example 154 as a yellowish gum; 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 1.22 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 3 H), 1.31 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 3 H), 2.10–2.50 (m, 4 H), 2.57 (t, J=6.1 Hz, 4 H), 3.73(t, J=6.1 Hz, 4 H), 4.10–4.30(m, 4 H), 4.70–4.85(m, 1 H), 6.90 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 1 H), 7.08(d, J=8.9 Hz, 2 H), 7.78(d, J=8.9 Hz, 2 H); MS (ES) m/z: 405.3 (MH+).
