The title compound was prepared from 4-(4-oxo-piperidin-1-yl)-benzoic acid (which was obtained in Example 151) and glycine ethyl ester hydrochloride according to the procedure of Example 154 as a pale yellowish solid; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.20 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 3 H), 2.43 (t, J=6.1 Hz, 4 H), 3.72 (t, J=6.1 Hz, 4 H), 3.95 (d, J=5.8 Hz, 2 H), 4.10 (q, J=7.1 Hz, 2 H), 7.04 (d, J=8.9 Hz, 2 H), 7.77(d, J=8.9 Hz, 2 H), 8.63 (t, J=5.8 Hz, 1 H); MS (ES) m/z: 305.2 (MH+); HRMS Calcd. for C18H22N2O4(M+): 304.1423.
