Compound 394 was prepared from 4-chloro-3-cyano-5-methyl-pyrrolo[1,2-b]pyridazine-6-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (Example 1D) (160 mg, 0.61 mmol) and 394D (180 mg, 0.60 mmol) by a route analogous to that used for the preparation of compound 388D.
