Reaction Steps

The compound (0.100 g) prepared in Example 92 was dissolved in toluene (5 ml). Sodium hydroxide (0.019 g), potassium carbonate (0.041 g), tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate (0.012 g), and allyl bromide (0.015 ml) were added to the solution, and the mixture was stirred at 60° C. overnight. Water was added to the reaction solution, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and the solvent was then removed by distillation under the reduced pressure. The residue was purified by preparative TLC (hexane:ethyl acetate=1:3) to give the title compound (0.017 g, 16.5%).
