A solution of morpholine (637 mg) and [(1E)-3-bromoprop-1-enyl](tributyl)stannane (1.00 g) in dry DMF (8.0 mL) was stirred for 24 h at 20° C. The reaction mixture was quenched with saturated Na2SO4(aq.). Extraction with Et2O and drying (MgSO4) of the organic phase gave, after concentration in vacuo, the crude product. Purification was done by chromatography eluting with petroleum ether/EtOAc 10:1 to afford the title compound as a liquid.
