Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 4-(3-(3-cyanophenyl)ureido)-N-(4-sulfamoylbenzyl)benzenesulfonamide following procedure C and using 2.2 equivalent of both 4-piperidone as secondary amine and DIEA as base. The product was purified first by preparative HPLC and finally with a preparative TLC (eluent: petrolether/DCM/MeOH 2:3:1 containing 2% of a 7 M NH3 solution in MeOH).
