A mixture of ethyl 2-(4-(benzyloxy)-1-hydroxy-6-(pyrazin-2-yloxy)-1,3-dihydrobenzo[c][1,2]-oxaborol-3-yl)acetate (1.61 g, 3.8 mmol) and 10% Pd/C (0.24 g) in EtOH (10 mL) was stirred at room temperature under H2 atmosphere overnight. The reaction mixture was filtrated through a pad of Celite and the filtrate was concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound (0.71 g, yield: 57%).
