| Product | 3-(1-cyanocyclopropyl)-N-[3-({2-[(cyclopropylcarbonyl)amino][1,3]thiazolo[5,4-b]pyridin-5-yl}oxy)-4-methylphenyl]benzamide | HCID 59507011 | 61% |
Reaction Steps
To a solution of N-{3-[(2-amino[1,3]thiazolo[5,4-b]pyridin-5-yl)oxy]-4-methylphenyl}-3-(1-cyanocyclopropyl)benzamide (200 mg, 0.452 mmol) in pyridine (5 mL) was added cyclopropanecarbonyl chloride (77.8 μL, 1.13 mmol), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 min. Saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was washed with saturated brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and filtrated. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the residue was precipitated with tetrahydrofuran to give the title compound (140 mg, 61%) as a white powder.
