Procedure
The product was prepared in the same manner as described in example 3 using 5-(2-(2-fluoropyridin-4-yl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-7-ylcarbamoyl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid (60 mg, 157 μmol) and azetidine (27.0 mg, 472 μmol) as starting materials. The reaction affords 4-(azetidine-1-carbonyl)-2-methyl-2H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid [2-(2-fluoro-pyridin-4-yl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-7-yl]-amide (48.8 mg, 73.8%) as white solid. mp: >280° C., MS: m/z=421.0 (M+H+).
