Compound 20 was synthesized from 4h (251 mg, 0.60 mmol) and 5a (130 mg, 1.08 mmol) as a white solid (176 mg, 60%) in a manner similar to that described in Example 36. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.59 (d, 2H), 7.46 (d, 1H), 7.28 (m, 3H), 7.22 (d, 1H), 3.49 (s, 3H), 2.42 (s, 3H), 1.42 (s, 6H); ESMS m/z: 495.1 (M+1).
