To a solution of 3-[8-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-2-(methylsulfinyl)-7-oxo-7,8-dihydropyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl]-N-(4-fluorophenyl)-4-methylbenzamide (15 mg, 0.027 mmol) in DCM (5 mL) was added N,N,N′-trimethyl-1,3-propanediamine (0.021 mL, 0.14 mmol). The resultant mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. The mixture was concentrated under vacuo. Flash chromatography (90% CH2Cl2/7% MeOH/3% NH4OH) then provide the title compound (10 mg, 63%). LC-MS (ES) m/z 601 (M+H)+; 1H-NMR (MeOD) δ 1.62 (m, 1H), 1.80 (m, 1H), 2.05 (m, 2H), 2.20 (s, 6H), 2.32 (m, 4H), 2.89 (m, 2H), 3.32 (s, 2H), 6.36 (d, 1H), 7.14 (m, 2H), 7.28 (m, 2H), 7.52 (d, 1H), 7.59 (d, 1H), 7.65 (m, 1H), 7.71 (m, 2H), 7.92 (s, 1H), 8.06 (d, 1H).
