rac 4-{[(2R,3S,4R,5S)-3-(3-Chloro-2-fluoro-phenyl)-4-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-phenyl)-4-cyano-5-(2,2-dimethyl-propyl)-pyrrolidine-2-carbonyl]-amino}-2-fluoro-benzoic acid tert-butyl ester (35 mg, 0.053 mmol) was treated with 50% TFA/methylene chloride (10 mL) overnight. Removal of solvent and treating the residue with acetonitrile and water gave a white solid after filtration and dying. 29 mg.
