In analogy to example 1d (2S,4S)-2-amino-4-(4-chloro-phenoxy)-pentan-1-ol was reacted with cyanogen bromide to give (S)-4-[(S)-2-(4-chloro-phenoxy)-propyl]-4,5-dihydro-oxazol-2-ylamine. Light yellow solid. MS (ISP): 257.2 ([{37Cl}M+H]+), 255.2 ([{35Cl}M+H]+).
