Procedure

Me3SiCl (0.17 ml, 1.26 mmol) was added to a solution of (S)-2-(4-(dimethylamino)-4-phenylcyclohexylamino)-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)-N-methylpropanamide (210 mg, 0.5 mmol, polar diastereomer from step 3) in ethyl methyl ketone (20 ml). The solid was aspirated after a reaction time of 1 h.
