To the solution of N-(4-chloro-5-(4-(3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-5-methylisoxazole-4-carbonyl)piperazin-1-yl)-2-nitrophenyl)-4-(dimethylamino)benzamide (Example 117, 17 mg, 0.028 mmol), ethanol (2.461 μL, 0.042 mmol) and tri-n-butyl phosphine (10.40 μL, 0.042 mmol) in THF (2 mL) at 0° C. was added DIAD (8.19 μL, 0.042 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at 0° C. for 3 min. and at RT overnight.
