Procedure

0.35 g of N-{[6-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2-{[(methoxyacetyl)amino]methyl}pyrid-3-yl]methyl}-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzamide is prepared from 0.40 g of N-{[2-(aminomethyl)-6-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)pyrid-3-yl]methyl}-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzamide and 0.084 g of methoxyacetyl chloride, using a procedure similar to that of step E) of Example 2.
