To a solution of methyl 1-(4-(5-(3-cyano-4-isopropoxyphenyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yl)azetidine-3-carboxylate (6.8 mg, 0.02 mmol) was added 5N NaOH (20 μL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours, dissolved in 250 μL of 1:1 DMSO:MeOH and purified by preparative HPLC. LCMS-ESI (m/z) calculated for C25H24N4O4: 444.5; found 445.1 [M+H]+, tR=6.52 min (Method 2).
