Procedure

The mixture of tert-butyl [(3R)-1-(cis-2-azidocyclohexyl)pyrrolidin-3-yl]carbamate (0.57 g, 1.842 mmol) in 4 N HCl/dioxane (10 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. The solution was concentrated to give 0.48 g of the title compound as HCl salt. MS (EI) calcd: (M+H)+=210.2. Found: 210.2.
