The title compound was prepared by the hydrolysis of the compound of Example 203 under basic conditions (aq. NaOH/EtOH), producing a light yellow solid:, mp 165° C.(dec.). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz) δ 1.15-1.52 (m, 3H), 1.46-1.62 (m, 2H), 2.32 (m, 1H), 2.80 (m, 1H), 3.45(br, 1/2H), 4.00 (br, 1/2H), 4.44 (br, 1/2H), 4.800 (br, 1/2H), 6.83 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.03 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.09 (dd, J=2.0, 14.0 Hz, 1H), 7.15 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.20 (d, J=15.5 Hz. 1H), 7.35 (d, J=15.5 Hz, 1H), 7.73 (m, 1H), 8.52 (m, 1H). MS (ESI) m/z 469 (M−H)+, 471 (M+H)+. Anal. calcd. for C23H21N2l O7SNa.NaOH.2.7 H2O: C, 47.54; H, 4.75; N, 4.82. Found: C, 47.18; H, 4.36; N, 4.89.
