The title compound was prepared by hydrolysis of the compound of Example 252 under basic conditions (aq. NaOH/EtOH), giving a white solid, mp 88° C. (dec.). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz) δ 1.40 (m, 2H), 1.98 (m, 2H), 2.95 (m, 1H), 3.15 (m, 1H), 3.45 (m, 1H), 4.20 (m, 2H), 4.35 (m, 4H), 7.00 (m, 4H), 7.20 (m, 2H), 7.90 (m, 1H), 8.20 (m, 1H), 12.30 (s, 1H). MS (APCI) m/z 494 (M+H)+. Anal. calcd. for C24H22F3NO5S.0.1 H2O: C, 58.20; H, 4.52; N, 2.83. Found: C, 58.14; H, 4.69; N, 2.76.
