A mixture of 1-chloro-4-(isopropylsulfonyl)-2-nitrobenzene (Step C of Example 1, 200 mg, 0.76 mmol) and 1-(2-aminoethyl)pyrrolidine (0.1 mL, 0.80 mmol) in ethanol (1 mL) was microwaved for 15 min at 130° C. The reaction was quenched with water and extracted three times with ethyl acetate. The combined organic layers were dried over MgSO4 and filtered. The filtrate was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was crude product as a yellow solid.
