The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Step E of Example 32 from 6-bromo-2-(2,2-dimethylpropyl)-3-[2-(trifluoromethoxy)ethyl]-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine (Step D) and ethanethiol (Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.).
