To a solution of the above {4-[(2-chloro-5-nitro-pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-methyl]-cyclohexyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (50.2 mg, 0.13 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (0.8 mL) was added cyclohexylmethylamine (44.1 mg, 0.39 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 h and then purified by silica gel column chromatography using 50:1 CH2Cl2;MeOH as an eluent to afford 32 mg (54%) of the desired product as a pale yellow solid.
