Reaction Steps
In a manner similar to that used in the preparation of the compound of example 2, but using 2-(6-benzyloxy-1H-indol-3-yl)acetic acid in step 15 (A) and 4-acetamido-3,5-dichloro-benzylamine (preparation B) in step 15 (B), the title compound was prepared. MS (ESI) (M+H)+=538.07 1H-NMR(500 MHz, CD3OD) δ 7.34-7.50 (m, 7 H), 7.24-7.34 (m, 1 H), 7.17 (s, 1 H), 7.00 (d, J=2.14 Hz, 1 H), 6.83 (dd, J=8.70, 2.29 Hz, 1 H), 5.10 (s, 2 H), 4.50 (s, 2 H), 3.92 (s, 2 H), 2.19 (s, 3 H).
