Reaction Steps
In a manner similar to that used in the preparation of the compound of example 1, but using 2-(5-cyano-1H-indol-3-yl)acetic acid (preparation H) in step 23 (A), the title compound was prepared. 1H-NMR (500 MHz, CD3OD) δ ppm 2.19 (s, 3 H) 4.03 (s, 2 H) 4.56 (s, 2 H) 7.45 (m, 4 H) 7.55 (d, J=8.55 Hz, 1 H) 8.06 (s, 1 H)
