Reaction Steps
The title compound was synthesized in analogy to example 66, from [5-(4-cyclobutyl-piperazine-1-carbonyl)-1H-indol-2-yl]-(1,1-dioxothiomorpholin-4-yl)-methanone (example 202), 2-chloropyridine-4-boronic acid, copper(II) acetate and pyridine in dichloromethane, to give the desired product as a colorless foam (32%).
