Using a method similar to example 154, using 6-(1-methyl-piperidin-4-yloxy)-pyridin-2-ylamine (preparation 60, 200 mg, 0.965 mmol) and 2-chlorobenzoyl chloride (146 μL, 1.16 mmol) yields the title compound (340 mg, 92%). Mass spectrum (ion spray): m/z 346.0 (M+1); Analysis calculated for C18H20N3O2Cl2.0.5H2O. Theory: C, 55.25; H, 5.67; N, 10.74. Found: C, 55.60; H, 5.67; N, 10.74. mp=88-90° C.
