Following the procedure for the preparation of (1R,2S)-1-[(3,6-diethylpyrazin-2-yl)amino]-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-2-ol but substituting 1-Aminoindane and 3-chloro-2,5-dimethylpyrazine, and making non-critical variations provided the title compound as a oil: 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.88, 2.35, 2.41, 2.77, 2.94, 3.03, 4.55, 5.78, 7.3, 7.64; MS (ESI+) for C15H17N3 m/z 240.30 (M+H)+.
