Following the procedure for the preparation of (1R,2S)-1-[(3,6-diethylpyrazin-2-yl)amino]-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-2-ol but substituting 3,4-dihydro-2H-chromen-4-ylamine and making non-critical variations provided the title compound as a oil: 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ) 7.71, 7.31–7.21, 6.95, 6.91, 5.34, 4.54, 4.32–4.24, 2.71, 2.56, 2.25, 1.36–1.26; HRMS (FAB) calcd for C17H21N3O+H 284.1763, found 284.1768.
