Reaction Steps

Following the procedure for the preparation of (1R,2S)-1-{[5-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-3,6-diethylpyrazin-2-yl]amino}-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-2-ol but substituting benzyl(trans)-3-[(5-bromo-3,6-diethylpyrazin-2-yl)amino]-4-hydroxypyrrolidine-1-carboxylate and making non-critical variations provided the title compound as a oil: 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ) 7.49–7.11, 5.97, 5.17, 4.78, 4.67, 4.33–4.26, 4.16–3.96, 3.46, 2.69, 2.49, 1.46–1.24, 1.14; HRMS (FAB) calcd for C26H28Cl2N4O3+H 515.1616, found 515.1606.
