Following the procedure for the preparation of (1R,2S)-1-{[5-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-3,6-diethylpyrazin-2-yl]amino}-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-2-yl acetate but substituting methyl 3-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-6-{[(1R,2S)-2-ethoxy-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yl]amino}-5-methoxypyrazine-2-carboxylate and making non-critical variations provided the title compound as a solid: 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 2.03, 3.10–3.143.31–3.36, 3.75, 4.05, 5.68–5.77, 6.07–6.11, 7.31–7.48; MS (ESI+) for C24H21Cl2N3O5 m/z 502 (M+H)+.
