This material was prepared by the reaction of (7-chloro-thieno [3,2-b]pyridin-2-yl)-(3-hydroxy-azetidin-1-yl)-methanone 9d with 6-hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid methylamide 16e and Cs2CO3 in a manner as previously described for example 1. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CD3OD) δ 8.41 (1H, d, J=5.5 Hz), 7.78–7.74 (2H, m), 7.29 (1H, d, J=2.1 Hz), 6.95(1H, dd, J=2.1, 8.6 Hz), 6.62 (1H, d, J=5.5 Hz), 4.76–4.73 (2H, m), 4.63 (1H, bs), 4.35–4.32 (2H, m), 3.9.7–3.94(1H, m), 3.62(3H, s), 2.89(3H, s), 2.57 (3H, s).
