Using similar procedures as described in example 25, (RS)-ethoxy-(2-oxo-3-phenylamino-2H-pyridin-1-yl)-acetic acid ethyl ester (example 21.1) was hydrolyzed according to general procedure B. The corresponding acid was reacted according to general procedure C with 6-aminomethyl-1H-indazol-3-ylamine (CAS 368426-75-9) to give (RS)-N-(3-amino-1H-indazol-6-ylmethyl)-2-ethoxy-2-(2-oxo-3-phenylamino-2H-pyridin-1-yl)-acetamide.
